Friday Hill Running St Thomas Mount – Up the hill Assemble by 5:15 / Start 5:30 Ram & Siva 1k loop of up & down hill – Do as many as feasible
Saturday Beginners Run Dimensions Car Parking Assemble by 6:00 / Start 6:15 Hari & Shahid Boat Club – 5K Easy Run
Sunday Chennai Runners Classic / Plus Anna University Main Car Park Assemble by 5:00 AM / Start 5:15 Ram, HariCan, Ramesh, Shahid, Hari, Siva, Anand, Anbu & Ramani Long run of the week.. choose between 10 – 21k.. Also, Anand & Anbu will be leading the team inside AU for easy run.. if you prefer that..
